About the Tech Venture Workshop

The Tech Venture Workshop (TVW) is the first phase of the three-part NYU Tech Venture Program. Sponsored by the National Science Foundation, TVW is a three half-day intensive program where NYU faculty and their PhD/postdoc teams explore the commercial potential of their research by engaging with customers and partners. Completing the workshop is the first step toward applying to the NSF I-Corps and Tech Venture Accelerator programs, which offer up to $100,000 in grant funding to support research commercialization.
