Last week, the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and Yale’s Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking hosted the 9th Annual NYU-Yale Summer Accelerator Pitchoff. Three startup teams from each school’s accelerator came together in a friendly battle to compete for a huge trophy and bragging rights! This year, the teams pitched in front of mentors and a panel of experts at the NYU Leslie eLab with 300+ people cheering them on virtually.

Meet the 3 NYU teams that pitched:
Alluder is a video annotation platform that enables film students to add notes, research, and feedback to personal and commercially available films and tv.
Team: Aaron Peterson (Tandon '24), Adam Peterson (CAS '15)
Baton is a blockchain-enabled web platform and collaboration protocol that ensures artists are accurately credited and equitably compensated for their work.
Team: Gabe Warshaw (Tisch '23), Armon Naeini (Tisch '23)
Jones is a judgment-free journey to a vape-less life, through a personalized nicotine replacement subscription, behavioral support and digital community.
Team: Caroline Huber (Stern '23), Hilary Dubin

Catalace is an oncology software platform that combines conventional AI algorithms with novel precision medicine data analytics to improve cancer detection.
Dalmatian is making Gen Z skincare fun and easy with innovative skincare patches that are both fashionable and functional.
NüHer is a dynamic and culturally competent mental health solution and wellness community for women in the workplace.
A huge thanks to our four expert panelists - John Elton (Stern ‘00) from Greycroft, René Paula (Stern ’99) from Closed Loop Partners, Preeti Adhikary from Blue Ivy Ventures, and Charlene Ramos from the Federal Reserve Board - for asking each team questions and providing valuable feedback on their ventures!
