Theo Nissim Joins the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute's Executive Advisory Board

The NYU Entrepreneurial Institute welcomes Theo Nissim, an NYU parent, to our Executive Advisory Board! Theo will provide expert insight, strategic advice and support to the Institute, alongside a distinguished board of alumni and other entrepreneurs and investors. Theo Nissim is a recognized Silicon Valley entrepreneur, expert and thought leader. He has a proven 20+ year track record of leading both pre-IPO startups and established companies, to growth and successful exits.

He’s built and mentored dozens of top technical teams, designed strategies, and driven innovative products and solutions to market. His latest company, Gemini Solutions, was acquired by Thoughtworks, Inc, the world leader in high end software engineering consulting, achieving a successful and significant exit.

Theo has BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, and completed executive education studies at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.

We asked Theo about his decision to join our Board, to which he said:
