Entrepreneurship and Innovation Association (EIA):
The Entrepreneurship Club seeks to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem based upon NYU Poly’s i2e direction. The club provides a forum to learn the concepts of entrepreneurship, provide the benefits of self-employment, and the step-by-step path involved in launching and commercializing your own ideas.
Design for America of NYU:
DFA NYU is a student club open to both undergraduate and graduate students from all NYU schools. Its members use human-centered design to tackle social issues locally and globally and to develop solutions that have social impact. DFA NYU's mission is to connect students from different schools and develop a community of socially mindful change makers.

This course explores the nature of the creative act. What does it take to be creative? What are some of the cognitive and personality variables that aid and hinder creativity? Is innovation purely individual? Or are innovators a product of their time? The course also surveys literature on teaching creativity and innovation.

This course focuses on global technology-enabled innovation. Topics covered include accessing global sources of innovation, new product development globally, growing prominence of IT and e-Business in global innovation, and the role of alliances and linkages with customers, suppliers and other third parties.
