It was a beautiful summer Friday in New York City as startups from the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute’s Summer Launchpad and Yale Tsai CITY’s Summer Fellowship gathered on July 26 to face-off at the NYU-Yale Summer Accelerator Pitchoff.
The beloved tradition featured six promising, seed-stage startups — three representing NYU, and three representing Yale — pitching their ventures before a live audience and panel of judges at Rosenthal Pavilion. The 11th Annual Pitchoff drew more than 300 attendees from NYU and Yale’s collegiate communities, and New York City and New Haven, Connecticut’s robust startup ecosystems.
This year's event kicked off with a new addition — a poster session where founders from each of the represented startups got the opportunity to showcase their technologies, products, and services to arriving audience members.
Below, meet the startups that competed for the top title, and check out photos from the event!
