Background on Team

The second venture from NYU Courant’s Ken Perlin and Charles Hendee, Tactonic Technologies is a large area, multi-touch pressure sensing system that has applications in medicine and rehab. Tactonic was accepted into a several incubator/accelerator spaces, opting for NY Designs for its machine and fabrication shops. Professor Perlin received NYU's $50,000 Technology Acceleration & Commercialization award to commercialize the technology in 2014.
