Jonathan Sagot (Law '08) is a partner in Fenwick’s Startup & Venture Capital practice. He advises tech-enabled emerging growth companies across a range of industries throughout their lifecycles, from formation to series financings to exit.
Jonathan also represents and advises angel investors, venture capital firms, corporate venture funds and strategic acquirers investing in emerging growth companies. As a key member of the firm’s venture studio practice, he also regularly advises financial and strategic investors in structuring and deploying their venture studio programs, and represents many of the startups that come out of those programs.
David Rand (Law '17) is an Associate at Fenwick & West who advises clients on a broad variety of corporate matters, including startup formation and corporate governance, venture capital and debt financings, tender offers and structured secondaries, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
