Meet the Teams: NYU Tech Venture Workshop Spring 2026 Cohort

We are thrilled to introduce the Spring 2026 cohort of the NYU Tech Venture Workshop (TVW)! This cohort brings together 9 innovative teams developing solutions across healthtech, biotech, fintech, mental health, advanced materials, and more. Each team will receive up to $2,000 in reimbursable grant funding to support customer discovery, prototyping, conferences, and travel.

About the Program

The Tech Venture Workshop is the first phase of the three-part NYU Tech Venture Program, sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF-IIP-2048498). This three half-day intensive workshop helps NYU faculty and PhD/postdoc teams explore the commercial potential of their research through direct engagement with customers and partners.

Completing TVW is the first step toward applying to the NSF I-Corps and Tech Venture Accelerator programs, which offer over $102,000 in grant funding for research commercialization.
