About the speaker:

As a highly energetic strategy & innovation leader, Daryabegi has spent her life propelling change and creating purposeful impact. She has gained her experience from living in 10 cities across four continents and working with Fortune 500 firms, startups, nonprofit organizations, and universities across multiple industries and sectors.

As the founder of Innovation Bazar, a global advisory firm, Daryabegi partners with clients to spark positive change and share a unique perspective on digital strategy, innovation, transformation, and culture. She is passionate about helping people and organizations unlock their potential through leveraging design thinking methodology and data-driven capabilities.

Daryabegi has advised senior executives and helped transform some of the most successful organizations, including IBM, Medtronics, Pfizer, AXA XL, Glencore, iHeart Media, MetLife, Bank of America, Merrill Wealth Management, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Chanel Beauty, Neiman Marcus, BASF, UN Women USA, and First Republic Bank.

In addition to her role as a global innovation and transformation consultant, Daryabegi is an:

Adjunct professor at NYU SPS Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport, teaching a course in Design Thinking for Sport Management. Educator for the executive online course in digital business strategy offered by MIT Sloan School of Management. Adviser, coach, and mentor to entrepreneurs and startups at various accelerators and incubators worldwide (Techstars, NUMA, ERA, XRC Labs, SongHan). Adviser and member of the Marketing and Programming Committee of UN WOMEN US NY. Consultant to the organization in creating compelling solutions for advancing equality and empowering women in the workplace (UN Sustainable Development Goals number 3, 4, 5, and 10). Frequent International Speaker, senior guest lecturer, and workshop leader.
