We are excited to announce the launch of a new podcast series, Talking Startups at NYU made possible through a partnership with WNYU, New York University's official radio station.
Talking Startups at NYU, a weekly podcast series is a deep dive into the various aspects of turning your insights into a scalable business. The host, Giovanni Fumei will talk to experts, from and around NYU, about innovation, creativity, and do things that they never thought they’d be able to do. You will get an insider's view into the excitement and challenges of the world of entrepreneurship.
"We are always looking for new and different types of content to educate, inform and inspire our community," shares Remya Thomas, Communications Manager at the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, who is spearheading the podcast series. "It is exciting to launch the podcast series, the first of its kind for the University, especially at a time when podcast listening in on an upward trend among our target audiences."
The series kicked off the week of June 18, just a few days into the start of the Summer Launchpad accelerator program, featuring Frank Rimalovski, the executive director of NYU Entrepreneurial Institute. Each episode will be broadcast live on WNYU.org on Sundays at 4 pm and you can listen in by selecting the "live stream" option.
Every week you will hear about the exciting and challenging path of entrepreneurship in this 15-20 minute podcast series. You will hear from a wide-variety of entrepreneurs about their successes – and failures – and learn first hand what it takes to excel in today's rapidly moving startup environment. You will also hear from startup experts on programs and resources that you can take advantage of, as well as actionable tips and tricks you can use to increase your chances for startup growth and fundraising success.
