Discover the keys to unlocking essential government funding for your innovative projects in the Fund Your Innovation: Mastering SBIR/STTR Grants Workshop. This workshop is designed to guide you through the intricacies of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

The workshop will be led by Jim Greenwood, Founder of Greenwood Consulting Group, Inc. Jim has been involved in the SBIR program since its inception in 1983 and teaches SBIR/STTR workshops across the country. He has served as a commercialization reviewer for the SBIR and STTR programs at the NSF, reviewing both Phase 1 and 2 proposals, as well as proposals for NSF’s supplemental programs such as Phase 1b and Phase 2b.

The agenda for the SBIR Workshop includes:

• Overview of the SBIR/STTR program
• NSF & NIH Phase I Instructions
• Review of Sample NIH Phase I Proposal
• SBIR/STTR Cost Proposal Basics
