About the speaker: Amy Haberman is the chair of the McCarter & English’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and partner-in-charge of the group’s immigration practice. She has significant experience counseling start-up companies on strategies for obtaining approvals for foreign workers important to their business’s growth. She regularly speaks on immigration law matters to entrepreneurs at the New York University Startup School. In addition, Amy helps domestic and multinational corporate clients address their employment-based immigration needs. She provides companies in industries ranging from software and technology to pharmaceuticals to manufacturing with round-the-clock responsiveness to matters involving the recruitment and transfer of foreign national executives and other employees.
