This session will be led by Jim Greenwood, President of Greenwood Consulting Group.

Join the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and the NYU Institute of Invention, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship for a 1-day intensive workshop focused on all aspects of writing SBIR/STTR grants including: sources of funding and agency differences, proposal preparation, generalized steps in applying for funding, and sources/limitations of phase 1 proposals. This workshop will cover all agencies with detailed emphasis on NIH and NSF.

Who should attend:

  • Anyone planning to submit an SBIR/STTR proposal in the next year
  • Anyone who is interested in learning how they can participate in SBIR/STTR

Presenter: Jim Greenwood, President of Greenwood Consulting Group. Jim Greenwood has been involved in the SBIR program since its inception in 1983 and has served as a commercialization reviewer for the SBIR and STTR programs at the National Science Foundation (NSF).

All registered attendees will receive Zoom details 30 minutes prior to the event.
