Ms. Haberman is Chair of McCarter and English's immigration law practice and represents clients across a variety of industries on a full range of employment-based immigration matters, including the recruitment and transfer of foreign national professionals, the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions, the I-9 process, and compliance with Department of Labor statutory and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

Please note that this session of Startup School will take place in Brooklyn at the NYU Tandon MakerSpace. This workshop is only open to current NYU community members. Your NYU ID is required at check-in
